Huster Family Photos

One of the things I love the most about my hometown of St. Charles, MO is the small town feel even though it really isn't that small.  I love that you can talk to almost anyone and have a friend in common or know one of their relatives.  I think the thing I love the most is that when I go to the grocery store I ALWAYS see at least one person I know.  And I think that kind of sums up how I know this family...

I've known Les for about as long as I can remember since he is a close friend's uncle and was always around the park when we were playing ball growing up.  Fast forward 20 years and now we serve together on the St. Charles Junior Baseball/Softball Association board.  And it turns out that I go to church with his wife Mary Ann's brother and we have many other mutual family friends!  Over the past few years I have gotten to know these two better and I was so so so excited when they asked me to do a family photo shoot for them, their children & grandchildren to celebrate their 45th wedding anniversary!  45 years!!!  Wow!

We met up at New Town in St. Charles on a Sunday morning in early August for this session.  Even though we had quite a few people involved in the session, this group stayed focused and was so organized!  But they weren't all business - we definitely had a good time and some good laughs along the way!  Check out some highlights from this awesome family session!

Les & Mary Ann - I am honored to have been able to capture this incredible milestone in your life and marriage!  This session captures everything near and dear to my heard - family, generations and tradition!  It was great to meet all of your family and experience the fun and love that you all have.  Congratulations on 45 years of marriage and your beautiful family!  Here's to many more anniversaries to come!
