Back in January Matt and I decided to plan a summer vacation to Minneapolis, MN. Neither of us had ever been there, but we do know a few people in the area and we thought it would be a nice road trip for the two of us! Shortly after deciding on our destination we called our friend Kristen and her boyfriend Nick and told them we would be up their way in July and they were nice enough to let us stay with them - for a whole week!
